The MAX Recruiting Site is branded for your company. Each page and job is optimized for capturing leads and filling your hiring needs. We have partnered with Driver Reach to provide an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for those that would like to change systems or currently don't have one in place.
A setup period of up to 15 days is required for the website and additional time may be required for the ATS. The setup includes training your team on using the site and ATS. You can post jobs to the LeadFlexMax.com website and purchase advertising during this time to make sure your hiring goals are met.
The MAX Recruiting Site is a subscription-based product that is owned and hosted by Conversion Interactive Agency. The site and all features will be removed on the cancelation of the MAX Recruiting Site plan.
